We gonna highlight of what‘s essential to enable a prosper mobile business, which additional data you can extract from mobile service – integrate such into your current profiling and finally,  how to create and show value appetiting investors supporting you from the beginning or when exiting. 

Be aware this is not a pure business consultancy style of presentation. Certainly we provide the information alike but it comes from proven entrepreneurs with hands on mentality. We will share information and experiences, giving guidance from real life from the real world for your real business. While theory is important we will add the prove of it and how it works. Becoming is the essence of if. Still no guarantee that it all can be copy – paste into your case, but probability is certainly increased.

So as any other business, MVNOs have to cope with lots of different duties and tasks. Some will overlap with any other businesses but quite a number is very special to communication services. About the location: We offer this course in Mallorca on a sizely catamaran being equipped with all tools necessary to present, develope, discuss and document. While we day cruise to some extraordinary and secluded spots with full focus on the content of these five days, it also provides the extra time to detach from actively thinking and let sink of all the new information. We will have time to vent our heads, enjoy a walk along the island’s shore, play beach soccer or run some watersports powered by our dinghy. We gonna start the day with served breakfast, having coffee breaks and lunch on the boat and then end the day in a delicious marina or beach restaurant. Certainly broadband wifi on board and all the amnenities of a well hosted location will be available for you. And if the weather turns too bad to sail, the location will be changed to Villa Luna, a beach Villa in the eastern part of the Island. Once you have landed at PMI we will pick you up and care about you.

Our MVNX programs are available on different locations, each one selected to fit best for its purpose. For the MVNO Orientation Course we are providing a secluded Villa in Mallorca and a sizely catamaran equipped with all to present, brain storm and discuss, assuring a proper balance  allowing to digest all the new information during this intensive time. While we may afford an undisturbed and secluded spot for this special  program assuring proficiency in preparation, we as well provide fast and easy access to our office in Austria, just a 45 minutes drive away from Vienna International airport. Efficiency is keen, we not just teach it, we also live it. It is the applied way for all of our services and these are our home spots open to share with you.

When it comes to advisory, execution and verify programs we consider your home base as our point of service. We will be where the business is done, so travelling to the place of action is basic. It certainly may be adopted to hybrid for longer periods with a mix of remote and onsite. But we will never compromise quality for absence, let us just state that.
