MVNO Execute

In our MVNO Execute Service we will accompany you with hands on mentality, overview your MVNO setup phase from planning review from kick-off to launch and one month further. We will assure the project plan will be executed in a timely and cost efficient manner, get well prepared into the launch phase and support fine tuning the operational processes during the initial post launch phase. It is a true hands on program where we will tirelessly guide, adjust and think ahead through every phase of your launch. We did such now over 40 times with a 100% completion rate, having piloted uncountable times through and around obstacles and challenges. To extend the legacy and enrich with mobile business with an MNO partner is nothing out of the ordinary and a thousand operations can be launched – there is always a new surprise along the runway. But you can‘t be prepared better than avoiding the known already.

 The services in this program are included in the MVNO execute program

• Pre-Kick Off: Verifying the project plan, operational processes for providing feedback and propose corrective measurements and possible improvements – if any
• Kick-Off: Supporting the project manager, organizing all the players and defining the workpackages across the organization
• Set-Up: Supporting the project management, communication and streamline across the teams, permanently checking the progress for any deviation, monitoring the landscape for any changes of requirements, proposing corrective actions where required and seeking solutions.
• Launch phase: Verifing the processes are working correctly, identifying faults and supporting corrections. Reporting to management to confirm green light for launch
• Post Launch Phase: Monitoring the processes and performance of operations. Identifying gaps, deviations or inefficiency. Proposing solutions to those identified and teaching the team how to apply them

This program durates typically as per follows:

• Pre-Kick Off: 1 week
• Kick-Off to Launch: 5-9 months
• Post-Launch: 1 month

Effort: 1 FTE throughout the program

Costs

Pre-Kick Off Check: EUR 5.000

Kick-Off to Post-Launch: EUR 18.000 per month

On-Time Launch Bonus: EUR 30.000

The Location

When it comes to advisory, execution and verify programs we consider your home base as our point of service. We will be where the business is done, so travelling to the place of action is basic. It certainly may be adopted to hybrid for longer periods with a mix of remote and onsite. But we will never compromise quality for absence, let us just state that.
