MVNO Verify

Our MVNO Verify Service is a health check on your setup planning where we will be carefully listening to your ambitions, review the goto market project plan and read through the offers you have received. Based upon the materials and information scanned, the following output will be generated:

• Identification of weaknesses in the technical setup & propose corrective actions and/or improvements
• Review the wholesales contract, identify risks and show improvements
• Review of business processes, propose efficiencies, if any
• Review product and price building mechanism, point out risks, compare and stress check assumptions, list any points finded and propose improvements along with mid term guidelines

All together you will receive feedback based on market parameters, latest changes and comparable KPIs from similiar operations to get you into the best starting position. We will challenge where applicable and confirm where we believe it is perfectly right. It is not a judgement, it is not criticism – the intention is to augment your business set up with our experiences and other market data we have access to. Finally, to see your business blossom and win you as a client again in a later stage.

Costs: For the MVNO Verify we assume an effort of 5 – 8 working days for a fix charge of EUR 8.000

The Location

When it comes to advisory, execution and verify programs we consider your home base as our point of service. We will be where the business is done, so travelling to the place of action is basic. It certainly may be adopted to hybrid for longer periods with a mix of remote and onsite. But we will never compromise quality for absence, let us just state that.
